Taking my spin on Jackson Pollock's "action painting" by utilizing not only my whole body as he had but furthering it by using my skateboard. Covering my skateboard in paint and relearning one of my favorite tricks after being hurt (switch kickflips).
The paint on the raw canvas becomes the physical residue of what went into getting this trick consistent again.
With skateboarding, consistency is an important aspect; when hurt and not skateboarding, that consistency of tricks can be lost. When I started skateboarding and learning tricks, I would make it a goal to land a trick 100 times a day to prove to myself I had the trick consistent.
